Coaching Resources for Mini Jackets

To become a coach for our Mini Jacket program you must complete the following prior to participating in any team activities, practices, and games.

• PA State Police background screening
• PA Child Abuse screening
• FBI Criminal History background screening (if you have not lived in the state of PA for past 10 years)

or

• FBI Criminal History waiver (if you have lived in the state of PA for the past 10 years)
• Register with USA Hockey
• Complete Safe Sport Screening
• Complete Heads Up Training
• Complete Cardiac Wise Training
• Complete Concussion Wise Training

Certificates must be emailed to fahbregistrar@outlook.com
