Locker Room Attendant Clearances

In order to be a locker room attendant, you much have full clearances. The steps / links are below.

1. Register with USA Hockey for the new season. Once completed send a copy of the registration confirmation to fahbregistrar@outlook.com
2. Complete a background screening through NCSI if you did not do so for the 21-22 season.
3. Complete Safe Sport training or refresher.
